(Low intensity) For Beginners and All Levels
Start your Saturday morning with an invigorating practice that incorporates alignment based principles and breath work into all the asanas. We will explore variations of sun salutations, beginning and intermediate standing poses, balancing poses, mindful stretching and strengthening poses, basic inversions and a final relaxation pose. Props are encouraged to make the practice more accessible. This class is suitable for all levels.
Other Considerations
Please consider the use of props as they may be helpful to provide a more comfortable and safe practice: yoga blocks, strap, bolster, blankets, eye pillow and access to a chair and/or wall space.
