My teaching style is heart centered, incorporating a focus on the breath as it connects to mindful movement and optimal alignment principles. The goal of our yoga practice is to embody a graceful flow in all of our actions, cultivating clarity, balance and mindfulness, whether we are on the mat or engaging in our everyday activities.
