Class Description
This yoga class is designed for the new or ongoing student who is looking to move, refine, and tune into their unique body type. It is taught at a slower pace to allow a fuller understanding of the basic poses, explore optimal alignment, and connect to your breath, all while building strength, flexibility, and awareness. Each week will explore a different anatomical theme as it relates to our yoga practice. Props are encouraged to make the practice more accessible.
