Class Description
This practice is for those who want to slow down and decrease stress. We will explore different breathing techniques, gentle warm ups, basic stretches, and therapeutic poses that may ease tension in hips and back. The class will end in a long restorative pose or savasana that aids in reducing stress and inducing deeper states of relaxation. Please set up with a yoga mat next to a wall or chair with additional props as needed.

Please consider the use of props : yoga blocks, strap, closed cell foam roller, blankets and an eye pillow.
