Class Description
This active 75 practice allows for a flow that connects movement to breath. Some prior yoga experience is recommended as this class is designed for yogis who have an established daily practice and would like to explore bandhas, chakras, and koshas as greater insights are developed. Hand balances, back bends, deeper twists, inversions, chanting, meditation, and a variety of pranayama techniques may be offered in this class. Modifications and alignment cues will be given to support a deep and supportive practice that invites the practitioner to nurture all aspects of their study of yoga.

Please consider the use of props (yoga blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, chair and wall) to ensure a safe and comfortable practice.
